Legal I.D. & membership card required for admission in to Jack’s

 Members and their guests 21 years old and above only will be admitted after 9pm

 Illegal drugs of any kind are NOT allowed in or around Jack’s.

 Alcohol not purchased at the Jack’s is not allowed in Jack’s.

 No open alcohol containers will leave Jack’s.

 Violent and obstructive behavior will not be tolerated.

 Firearms, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed in or around Jack’s

Membership is nontransferable

Membership may be cancelled at any time.

Jack’s reserves the right to remove and/or refuse admission at anytime.

Membership will never be denied on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or for any other reason.  Membership may, however, be revoked if a member’s behavior is such that it disturbs other members or their guests

Membership shall be subject to the payment of an annual membership fee which shall be set each year by management.

All members are allowed to bring guests to the Jack’s.
